Our association with food goes back more than half a century .
We have been a family run business and passion for food is in our genes.

The first brand created 3 generations ago was Halls.
Halls ketchup & tinned fruits were a rage in time.
Then came the age of banquet halls, farmhouses which was followed by flurry of restaurants like Nasha, Liquid Kitchen, Eleven’s with cricketer Kapil Dev, Harem Meeza at the Garden Of Five Senses & Harem Opiate.

Today our brand Saltt Elite is 18 years old.
We are a Gourmet Catering Company & so much more than just a scrumptious menu.
Our capabilities have been developed through years of experience providing solution, classy dining experience, and an exquisite tasting ethnic food varieties.

Art Of Chaat is a street food vertical of Saltt Elite Catering Company that has taken age old street-side food traditions and made them tasteful and refined for today’s contemporary celebrations.
For the last 10 years we have catered to every need – from customising chaat menus to exceptional service with live stations and everything in between.

No matter how many world cuisines one serves at a function, the craze we as Indians have for our beloved Chaat is unparallel.

India and Chaat are synonymous and we at AOC know, that when you see a mouth-watering chaat spread at the buffet, there’s no escaping the inevitable.
Our speciality at AOC is our ability to bring authentic chaat specialities straight from various parts of the country and present them in manner that is not only beautiful to the eyes but befits the current need for hygiene as well.

We take pride in our ability to keep traditional flavours intact, the way our clients like them but we also constantly innovate to keep the chaat experience relevant for these contemporary times.
